The Intel AFBR-709DMZ-IN2 is a high-performance 10Gbps SFP+ optical transceiver designed for short-range multi-mode fibre (MMF) networks. Operating over an 850nm wavelength, it delivers reliable data transmission up to 300 meters, supporting a range of applications from 1.25Gbps Gigabit Ethernet to 10.31Gbps 10G Ethernet and STM-64.

This transceiver features a VCSEL laser, PIN photodiode receiver, and double LC connectors. It complies with key industry standards including RoHS, SFF-8431, and FDA/IEC laser safety regulations, offering a robust and secure solution for high-speed optical networking environments.
