Who We Are

ITAD Store was started in October 2021 because of the rising cost of technology and the ability of South Africans to afford to stay connected. We provide Quality Refurbished Items at affordable rates to address this need and sell to the public, have a vast reseller network and to businesses of all sizes.

Since 2021 we have assisted end users, resellers and businesses to address their I.T. equipment needs and have successfully dealt with over 7 000 orders since. We worked with our customers every step of the way to understand your needs and how to provide products that suit those needs.

Quality Promise:
We have several qualified technicians that test, evaluates and repairs the items that we sell. During this process equipment is examined, diagnostics are run on all components, failing components are replaced, software is reloaded and activated. Our Quality controllers then extensively test each repaired item to ensure all quality standards are met from cosmetics to functionality and software. We then Clean and package our items for sale.

Our Team:
We have a dedicated team of professionals that are passionate about providing affordable products and expert knowledge to find the right solution for each customer. Clients can visit our Stores in Centurion, Gauteng or Brackenfell, Cape Town to purchase in store and can even send friends or family to confirm we exist and see the extent of the products we provide. We deliver our products nationwide Door-to-door through our network of couriers we make use of.

What’s Next:
We’ll be expanding our product range until we offer every I.T. product our  customers would require and since we wouldn’t be where we are without our customers we will be starting initiatives soon. That would allow disadvantaged communities to access the products we sell and experience the connected
world and get skilled and ready to enter the marketplace with skills required in our digital world.
