I was impressed with ITAD's service
I was impressed with ITAD's service. Abrian was quick to respond to my inquiry and my order was processed in no time.
Just a side note: I bought a second-hand "Hospitality TV", and though I Googled before purchasing whether the screen would work with a normal HDMI input, I found that there are actually some tricky built-in restrictions which made it a big hassle for me to get the screen working.
So I think that my only constructive criticism would be that ITAD should test all second-hand equipment and make sure that they can inform the client if there are any such restrictions or other similarly unexpected features.
